BHAVNA’s Logistics Distribution Centre, strategically located at 71 Tuas South Avenue 1, is a future-ready hub designed to elevate our partnerships with our existing brand owners and power mutual growth. Spanning 30,564m², this purpose-built facility is engineered for high-volume throughput, rapid turnaround, and operational agility.

With extensive loading bays and scalable storage capacity, we’re equipped to meet evolving demands and deliver seamless and efficient solutions so our partners can move faster, go further, and grow stronger with us.

Our skilled workforce operates at the heart of a tech-enabled logistics ecosystem - powered by automation, barcode scanning, and a sophisticated Warehouse Management System (WMS). This synergy drives speed, accuracy, and agility across every operational touchpoint. From traceability, recall, labelling, sorting, and co-packing, we offer a comprehensive suite of value-added services designed to keep pace with the fast-moving demands of modern commerce.

Staff Training

At BHAVNA, we invest in our people from day one. Every warehouse team member begins with a comprehensive induction covering operations, health, and safety followed by hands-on training to ensure role readiness. Ongoing on-the-job training ensures they’re confident and competent in their roles. Selected staff also attend upskilling and re-certification courses such as First Aid to grow their capabilities and maintain essential licenses, keeping our workforce future-ready and fully equipped.

Safety Protocols

On-site, safety is a top priority for us. All staff are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including steel-toe shoes and high-visibility gear. Maintenance and redecoration work is strictly regulated through a Permit-to-Work system, ensuring only qualified personnel carry out tasks in line with our Environmental, Health, and Safety policies. In case of emergencies, our trained Emergency Response Team is equipped to provide first aid, manage evacuations, and coordinate with authorities to maintain a secure environment.

Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance at BHAVNA

Energy-Efficient Operations

BHAVNA is committed to reducing its environmental impact through smart, energy-efficient initiatives. Our warehouse operations use fully battery-operated forklifts and VNAs, reducing carbon emissions, and we have embraced digitalization to minimize paper usage.

Solar Energy Integration

We are in the process of acquiring and adopting a solar panel system that is currently owned and managed by LYS Pte Ltd. This strategic move offers long-term benefits for our operations. Presently, we utilize approximately 20% of the energy generated onsite, while the remaining 80% is exported to the SP Services grid.

Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs)

In addition to earning revenue from this surplus energy, we also receive Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from the government. These certificates can be sold to organizations seeking to offset their carbon footprint, further enhancing the value of our sustainability efforts.

Regulatory Compliance

On the regulatory side of matters, we ensure adherence to local and international logistics regulations through a structured, multi-departmental approach. A centralized legal register tracks all applicable laws relevant to our operations. Specific compliance responsibilities are managed by dedicated teams for instance, our Shipping Department oversees customs and trade regulations, while our Compliance team handles ISO standards and product compliance across various markets. This distributed model allows us to maintain rigorous oversight and remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements
